Caldwell floor hockey team wins Special Olympics gold

CALDWELL - The Caldwell Wildcats floor hockey team has won the gold medal in the 2008 Special Olympics Invitational Game in the unified division in floor hockey.

Caldwell High School will help celebrate the team's success in a special
assembly at 1:20 p.m. Friday in the Caldwell High gym. The team will
also demonstrate floor hockey for the student body.

Athletes on the Wildcats team are from Caldwell, Nampa, Middleton and
the Vallivue school districts.
