Police looking for man who robbed Boise bank

BOISE - Police are looking for a suspect who apparently robbed a Boise bank.

According to preliminary reports, someone allegedly strong armed the Les Bois Federal Credit Union on West Emerald at about 3 p.m. Thursday.

Police are looking for a white male, about six feet tall, 150-180 pounds, who was wearing a black T-Shirt, black mask, black gloves and blue jeans at the time of the alleged robbery.

Authorities say witnesses told them that no weapon was displayed during the robbery and no one was injured during the incident. The man was last seen fleeing the area with an undisclosed amount of cash on foot traveling north across the parking lot.

Witnesses tell police that the man may have been seen in the immediate area this morning, prior to the robbery.

Anyone with information is urged to call police non-emergency dispatch at 377-6790 or Crime Stoppers at 343-COPS.
